MY PARASITE CLEANSE – SUMMARY

8/30/2017

DISCLAIMER:  This is not medical advice, please see your health care provider.

This is how I approached creating my parasite cleanses:
  • I would have liked to have consulted with a qualified healthcare provider that is knowledgeable about parasites and natural living for guidance, but I have yet to find one.
  • When choosing parasite cleanse products, I sourced from reputable companies, tried to work with a local herbalist (but he knew less about anti-parasitic protocols than I did at that point, so I was on my own), and created a combination of anti-parasitic herbs that worked for me.
  • Drank plenty of fresh filtered water (about 64 ounces daily), especially with fresh lemon & cayenne pepper.
  • Consumed anti-parasitic foods, spices, and herbs at all meals.
  • Ate foods that support my liver, my immune system, and my overall health (e.g., crucifers (such as broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, endive and radicchio), bitter greens, sprouted seeds, & sprouted nuts.
  • Consumed foods that have healthy fats like olives, avocados, chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax seeds, and cold water wild caught fish.  I avoid oils, except small amounts of coconut oil.
  • Kept high allergen foods, such as dairy and wheat products to a bare minimum (in the beginning, there was no gluten in my diet at all, as I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance and likely Celiac.  NOTE: Parasitic infections have the same symptoms as Celiac and cause the same health complications. After treatment, all symptoms of Celiac and dairy intolerances "miraculously" went away.)
  • Eliminated black tea, coffee, soda, and alcoholic beverages.  I consume organic black tea and organic coffee when not doing my cleanses.  I do not drink soda or alcoholic beverages at all.
  • Eliminated added sugar, refined flour, processed foods, and fried foods.  I try to avoid these at all times.  They are not health promoting.  I use maple syrup, raw honey, organic blackstrap unsulphered molasses (see my blog on molasses for more information), coconut sugar, or organic stevia, when not doing a cleanse.
  • Eliminated skin care products with ingredients that are toxic.  I use natural products, often making my own.
  • Used natural cleaning products like baking soda, vinegar, borax, and essential oils.
  • Got adequate rest.
  • Got prepared in advance.
  • I don’t eat mammals.  Pork is the worst.  Freezing and/or cooking to a “safe” temperature may not kill all parasitic eggs, cysts, and worms in pig meat.  I used to eat red meat medium rare (or rarer).  Since beef tapeworms can be acquired by undercooked beef, I avoid.  No thanks.  Plus I rose up and don’t want to eat mammals again.
  • I don’t eat raw fish … ever.  I did it once and got infected with parasites!

Peace & love!

Thanks for reading!

Thank you I have a major issue with some kind of parasite that loves sugar even the stevia sin stuff so I'm at a loss because I'm a sugarholic .Most your diet sounds great but having to give up everything seems so impossible. I pray this problem will go away miraculously like your dairy allergies I also have that and I was wondering if 1% sugar peanut butter is bad for parasites if you can let me know I truly appreciate it thank you for all your advice and God bless Juliana

Thanks for the comment! I used to be a big fan of stevia, but it has a lot of downsides (e.g., is hard on the endocrine system). Both One Again Nut Butter and Santa Cruz make a great peanut butter that is sugar free and palm oil free. Peanuts & peanut butter have a tendency to negatively impact the thyroid, as well as is prone to fungus. Don't give up ... you can beat this! Best!

Thank you bro for sharing your experiences with the rest of us. We are all so adrift on the ocean trying to find shore, but at least we are all together in that. Yes, I agree. The labs are crooks, the techs dump the samples and report a false negative because they are too lazy to actually follow the involved procedures that many parasite tests.require. And they get away with it and get paid either way. If anything, a false negative will cause the foolish patient to buy another and then another worthless game of tests. The lab evaluators are playing the patients to suck as much $ as possible out of each sucker, too bad the patient might die in the mean time from hyperinfestation Like happened to me. And you'd think the doctor community would eventually get suspicious and expose this rackett for us, like handle their own healthcare embarfrassments quickly amongst themselves before the bad guy makes them all look bad, but no. It's up to us crusaders to do it ourselves. Perhaps the labs have found a slicker way of getting away with kickbacks to them. "Keep Quiet" money. Maybe that sounds paranoid. Maybe you shouldn't judge until you've had your doctor pretend like your exaggerating and dismiss without even studying your color photos showing them crawling across the back of your hand underneath the skin. Does he think I photoshopped this stuff??

Anyway, my eyes have been way opened through this nightmare, partly because the worms keep crawling into my eye socket. I've modified some swimmers goggles and removed the lens to wear at night to keep the friggin worms out of my eye sockets while I sleep. MY GOD, our health care system is the most expensive in the world yet No one seems to have been in school the day they talked about parasites? Are we really paying for glorified nurses? If so, why not cut their pay to that of nurses. I gurantee things will change quickly once you insert accountability where there has been none.
