Parasite Cleanse:
Recipes & Meal Ideas

Meal IDEAS ... MORE WILL BE ADDED SOON

Fresh-Pressed Juices:
Beet, garlic, onion, beet greens (or other greens), and lemon.
Carrot, garlic, onion, parsley, and lemon.

Smoothies:
Pineapple & Papaya Smoothie (See Anti-parasitic Smoothie Recipe in prior post)
Grapefruit and Cranberry smoothie (See Anti-Candida Smoothie ... Coming Soon)
Mixed Berry Smoothie with cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, cardamom, (fresh and/or ground) ginger, fresh garlic, and cayenne made with fresh lemon and coconut water or KeVita Sparkling Probiotic Drinks¹.

Raw Soups (These are made in a high-speed blender):
  1. Carrots, onions, fresh garlic, and parsley with homemade hemp milk or pumpkin seed milk with my homemade anti-parasitic spice blend².
  2. Delicata squash with onions, fresh garlic, and parsley with homemade macadamia nut milk with my homemade anti-parasitic spice blend².

Entrees:
Legume Based (I pair with sprouted quinoa or germinated rice)
Adding about a one inch piece of kelp (kombu) when cooking any beans enhances flavor, adds nutrients, and improves digestibility.
  1. Sprouted bean* soup with onion, garlic, and mushrooms.   I add chopped raw onions, sprouted pumpkin seeds, diced raw garlic, salt & pepper as desired, and cayenne pepper and/or hot sauce to taste.  I garnish with a dollop of plain (coconut, cashew, or whole milk) yogurt. * I like to use mung beans, red beans, pinto, black beans, or lentils.
  2. Sprouted garbanzo beans (AKA chick peas) cooked with onion, garlic, and mushrooms.  After cooking I add fresh lemon juice, tahini, and chopped parsley.  I add chopped raw onions, sprouted pumpkin seeds, diced raw garlic, salt & pepper as desired, and cayenne pepper and/or hot sauce to taste.
  3. Rajmah Chawal (Kidney Bean Curry)
  4. Chana Masala (Savory Indian Chick Peas)

¹I sometimes use ginger herbal tea as that has been cooled as the liquid, when I am do not have of KeVita or coconut water.
²I have saved a few dozen inner-ēco™ TO GO 1 ounce amber bottles.  I use to keep my anti-parasitic spice blends.  I make all at once, so all I have to do is add each bottle to my raw soups.  This makes doing a cleanse so much easier.  I include about 1/2 teaspoon each of the following seeds (fennel, black cumin, caraway, cumin, and coriander), garlic powder, onion powder, ground turmeric, one juniper berry, 2-3 black peppercorns per bottle, pinch of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of kelp powder.  I have never made it the same twice and it always good.

More to be added  ... work in progress.

Peace and love!
