MY PARASITE CLEANSE – BASICS

This is what I use as my foundation for my active days of my parasite cleanse:

Anti-Parasitic Herbs and Supplements:
  • Wormwood¹, Black Walnut, and Clove tincture ... either individually or as a blend (depends on what I have on hand) ... 3 times a day on an empty stomach.
    • ¹I sometimes use Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) and other times I use Sweet Wormwood (Artemisia annua).
  • Olive Leaf tincture (30 drops) & Oregano Oil (1-3 drops) ... 2-3 times a day
  • Wormwood & Pau d’Arco tea: I use one teaspoon of dried wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) and one teaspoon of dried Pau d'Arco to make about 8 ounces of tea.  I drink 2-3 ounces, 3-4 times a day in between meals.
  • Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE) ... 10 drops ... 2-3 times a day.
Foods:
  • Eating anti-parasitic foods and spices at all meals that suit taste and also focus on seasonal foods (right now I am consuming lots of summer squash & cucumbers, as they are in season, but would not be eating those during a cleanse in March).
  • Avoiding completely all foods listed in my blog on Anti-Parasitic Foods and Foods to Avoid.  I am also avoiding cacao, roasted nuts, and peanut butter during this cleanse. 
    • Cacao can be hard on the adrenals and can be addictive.
    • Raw, sprouted nuts are healthier than roasted nuts.
    • Peanuts are known to have mold issues. 
  Supporting Herbs:
  • Using immune boosting tinctures of Echinacea & Goldenseal ... both of which are anti-parasitic & anti-fungal as well ...  3 times a day on an empty stomach.
  • Using Liver supporting herbs (milk thistle, burdock, dandelion, chicory, etc.) - tinctures, teas, and foods. 
  Detoxification:
  • Detoxification items, including Diatomaceous Earth, Bentonite Clay, Activated Charcoal, Apple Cider Vinegar, Spirulina, Chlorella, Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice in Water, Wheat Grass, Broccoli Sprouts and Other Sprouts, Beet Juice Powder or freshly juiced Beets (preferred), Fresh Cilantro & Parsley
  • Detoxification must include a means to sweat like from exercise, going outside on a hot day, hot yoga, sauna (infrared, preferred).
  • Hot baths (Epsom salts, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, essential oils, herbs, etc.)
  • Foot Baths (see Hot Baths)
  • Coffee Enemas, Baking Soda Enemas, Wheatgrass Enemas
  • Oil Pulling
Miscellaneous - Lymphatic Support:
  • Dry Brushing
  • Jumping ... I do 100+ jumping jacks every day.
Rest & Relaxation:
  • Adequate rest and sleep
  • Walking, especially in nature
  • Grounding ... Walking Barefoot
  • Getting SUN-light
  • Castor Oil Packs
  • Aromatherapy
  • Massage Therapy
  Essentials:
  • Smile
  • Relax
  • Be grateful!
 
NOTE: I use essential oils only topically and for aromatherapy.  I do not use internally.  I know that there are many people that recommend this practice of internal use, but I am not one of them.   In addition, there are some essential oil companies claim that this is healthy and safe to do, but I do not agree with that.  Internal use does not resonate with me.
