Ways to De-Stress:
  • Breathe Deeply.
  • Take a walk.
  • Stretch.
  • Meditate.
  • Exercise.
  • Do yoga.
  • Turn off the TV.
  • Take a hot bath with Epsom salts [BONUS: add a few drops of your favorite relaxing essential oil(s)].
  • Consume nervine relaxants or adapotogens like Chamomile, Passion Flower, Lavender, Holy Basil (Tulsi), Rooibos, etc. as teas or tinctures. 
  • Eat nutrient-dense foods.
  • Avoid refined sugars and refined foods.
  • Limit caffeine to the early part of your day or avoid all together.
  • Avoid alcohol.  It is an DEPRESSANT.

  • Use essential oils (see below).
  • Spend time in nature.
  • Look up at the night sky and marvel at the moon and the stars.
  • Watch the sunset or the sunrise.
  • Pet a (friendly) dog or cat.
  • Get a massage - even if you just give yourself a foot, hand, or neck massage with some oil infused with essential oils for a few minutes.

  • Get rid of parasites.  Parasites and other infections constantly place a serious burden on the mind and body.  Parasites can be human as well.
  • Do not hang around negative people.

Essential Oils:
  • Inhale by rubbing 1-2 drops in cupped palms and taking a long, deep breath.
  • Massage 1-2 drops of oil into your temples, wrists, shoulders, etc.
  • Put a few drops on a handkerchief, cotton pad or on a scarf and inhale as needed throughout the day.
  • Add to your bath.
  • Use a diffuser in your home, car, or workplace.

Helichrysum, Grapefruit, Peppermint, Lavendar, Lemon, Wild Orange, Ylang Ylang, Rose, Vetiver, Bergamot, Frankincense,
